What do you like best? The simplicity of using simple proprietary links with our team and clients. Easy to remember and nothing to install. We can get into a meeting within seconds. What do you dislike? Some compatibility issue with few browsers like Safari on the mac is sometime hard to explain a client. What do you like best? I love that it's so simple. I have plenty of friends and family members who aren't savvy with technology. The best thing about Whereby is that you can simply send them a link. They don't have to create an account. They don't have to download any software. They just need to click the link and we will have instant video conferencing. Easy! What do you dislike? Hands down, the best tool for remote meetings

What do you like best? Nothing to install, just needs the browser - a dream for non technical folks. What do you dislike? A little inception when you start sharing your screen but I don't believe there's a way around that. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Remote communication with non-technical customers. There's no software to install, I send the URL, I let them into the room and we get on with things.

Whereby is easily the best video conferencing service I've tried

What do you like best? Ease of installation and operation, reasonable price. Especially in the early stages of the pandemic, we had to quickly find a solution that would connect with our contractors and team members working in the home office without any problems.
