Whereby is the means whereby I communicate easily with clients and colleagues

What do you like best? Easy to get started, just click on a link. Simple to understand. Inexpensive. What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike. Wishlist includes livestreaming, and having more people in a room at the same time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solving the problem of communicating quickly with clients who are technically challenged. Nothing to download means they can get to work discussing things face to face ...

Simple and user friendly

What do you like best? The background can be personalized with your brand image really easily. When sharing the screen, the host can still see another participant's camera so it feels more like a face to face meeting. What do you dislike? You can't point out nor draw anything on other people's screens when they are sharing. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's not the cheapest option for a team. But it really practical for individual use. What ...

Easy way to connect with people and work togheter

What do you like best? Whereby is very easy to use! You can customize your room and have your own link. Rooms are large enough, so you can make large meetings without problems. What do you dislike? The only thing that I deslike is that if you have to make a room larger in the middle of a meeting, the page has to be reloaded. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Don't have any problems being solved.

Whereby is just the most stable and simple to use video conference tool I ever tried

What do you like best? If used meeting tools already, you know that telling people to join you an online meeting is (almost all the times) quite painful; software to install, complex and urls to type and a connection that you can't call "stable". With Whereby you can create a simple and short URLs (eg. www.whereby.com/luca), send it to your peers and voilà! You are all connected in seconds without having to download any software. The connection is very stable (even where you are ...

A Realistic Alternative to Zoom or Skype

What do you like best? Whereby is extremely user friendly. Unless you specify, there is no need for a password; there are no .exe files to download; you simply click the URL link and you are immediately connected. The clarity of the picture is superb and the on-screen controls are easy to operate. Because you are able to integrate addons such as YouTube and Whiteboards, it is not also necessary to share the screen indirectly. However, when screen sharing PDFs and similar documents, you ...

Whereby has served our business flawlessly

What do you like best? Easy to use, especially for non-technical clients. What do you dislike? The starting of screen sharing is a little to complex for our non-tech clients What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can now run our training workshops, even though COVID-19 has us locked away. It also provides a means of providing support via a web browser, without any need for software installation.

Easy to use, quick to get started and easy for clients to access and join calls.

What do you like best? The ease of use for clients - as our business changed, we needed to adapt to service video calls overnight. Whereby allowed us to have a platform that made it easy for our clients to join calls, without software, downloads or logins. Recommended to many and really happy with the service. A billing query was quickly resolved - impressive customer service. What do you dislike? A few glitches with chrome browser updates, but overall happy, nothing a refresh ...

Feels like bring in the room with someone else

What do you like best? One of my favorite Whereby features is end-to-end encryption. I enjoy knowing that my data is secure. I can lock the room if I need added security or unlock it if I need people to join in quickly. The interface and overall user experience feels cozy. It's worth upgrading to a Pro account if you regularly hold meetings with more than 4 people. Plus, you get to personalize the room with your own background and branding which adds to the safe and cozy feeling. ...

Simple, stylish and honest software

What do you like best? I like the fact that I don’t need to install any software or people I invite don’t need to sign up or log in to use the service. I can just send a URL and everybody is ready to go. What do you dislike? I sometimes run into (audio) issues on Safari. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Hassle free team meetings and collaboration.
