PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? First off, the mobile version of this tool is exceptional. I also love how it has really simplified the whole task of picking shifts. Of course, that's not a great way of doing this, so I really appreciate how this has made it easy to organize the schedules of employees. What do you like best? There is a mobile app for this software and you can be logged in with multiple accounts if you have 2 jobs that both use the scheduling system. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I haven't used this app as an employer. I've only seen the capabilities of the app from an employee's perspective. Used this tool for 4 years as a shift scheduling assistant

What do you like best? This program is web based and very easy to request shift changes with coworkers. Since it is web-based, it updates in real time so it is clear when a change has been made.
