What do you like best? I liked like that when scheduled are made and put into the app, my employees receive notifications (email and app notifications) right away. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? First off, the mobile version of this tool is exceptional. I also love how it has really simplified the whole task of picking shifts. The communication functions help us to get in touch with each other, whether from management or an employee, so miscommunications are avoided and everyone is on the same page when it comes to schedules. WhenToWork Is An Amazing Tool

What do you like best? WhenToWork is great! I can separate my student workers by area they work, schedule them however far in advance I want, send out messages to select groups or everyone at once, and so much more. What do you dislike? I wish I could select multiple shifts to delete at once, instead of having to do it one at a time or delete the whole schedule. I also with there was a drag and drop option for moving shifts. What do you like best? I love that I can easily check my schedule and the schedule of others from my phone. It's also nice to initiate trades and send messages through the app. What do you dislike? Exceptional when it comes to scheduling concerns

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? With our previous process, it would sometime take me literal days before I got all schedules sorted out. Of course, that's not a great way of doing this, so I really appreciate how this has made it easy to organize the schedules of employees. When to Work - Great for a smaller company

What do you like best? This was an awesome low cost easy to use program when we were a small company but we out grew it. I loved how easy it was for my employees to pull up when they were working next and that they were able to exchange shifts when needed and I didn't have to do all the back end work they were able to do it themselves. What do you like best? I like the fact that I can see the hours and who is covering them. I also like that I can see who is available at any time. What do you dislike?
