When to Work - Great for a smaller company

What do you like best? This was an awesome low cost easy to use program when we were a small company but we out grew it. I loved how easy it was for my employees to pull up when they were working next and that they were able to exchange shifts when needed and I didn't have to do all the back end work they were able to do it themselves. What do you dislike? it was harder to use when we had over 250+ employees. Other then that it was great! What problems are you solving with the ...

Easy Schedule Maker

What do you like best? I like the fact that I can see the hours and who is covering them. I also like that I can see who is available at any time. What do you dislike? I don't like import features, it would be easier to copy and paste. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Scheduling time has been cut in half, leaving more time for other tasks.

Good, not great.

What do you like best? W2W has a lot of different options when it comes to scheduling. From a visual perspective, you can see the schedules from a day, weekly, or monthly view. You also have the option to see everyone scheduled at once, or make it more of a personal schedule. It has neat features like setting preferences for work times in addition to the regular availability. You are able to see all staff info as well as trade shifts. There is a mobile app that works well. What do you ...

Easy to use and change shifts

What do you like best? I really like the mobil interface of this site. It is incredibly easy to use on your phone, to look at current shifts, trade shifts, and pick up shifts. I enjoy the notifications that the application sends when you have a new shift scheduled or when a schedule change has been approved. It means that I don't need to check the website or application constantly. What do you dislike? The app does not update as quickly with new shifts as I would like. The shift ...

Good interface

What do you like best? The interface of when to work is very good. My company uses it to show needs for help throughout neighboring stores. You open the app and then select the store with available shift then you can pick up this shift for extra hours within your company. What do you dislike? The app as a login error. It is like it completely loses your password or login. Very frustrating as you can not fix this issue yourself. Instead have to contact your work schedule coordinator or ...

Not bad for Medium Sized Office

What do you like best? I like the level of organization through the tab categorization (in terms of shift times and employees, roles, etc), as well as reporting ability. Overall, WhenToWork is very thorough and includes some helpful feature such as "Who is scheduled now". The site is easy to implement and is convenient to use for staff. Many of the links and tabs are self explanatory which helps contribute to the ease of use. What do you dislike? The layout of the website is ...

Useful and straightforward

What do you like best? It was easy to view shifts and get important work information quickly, as well as manage the trading of shifts. Overall, the software was simple and easy to understand, and the ability of our employer to put pertinent information on the landing page, such as what numbers to use depending on what one needed, were essential to the workplace functioning with many employees that were constantly in need of assistance from managers, administrators, or fellow employees. ...
