What do you like best about Whatfix? WhatFix as a product allows us, as a business, to reach and engage with our customers without the need to use our own internal development teams. Allowing them to focus on delivering value to our customers. The product itself is highly intuitive, and the features it delivers allows us to onboard, train and communicate with our end users with ease, ensuring they are fully up to date with training, and release information about our product.

What do you like best about Whatfix? Very easy to implement and the best thing is the response time from customer support. Customization options are way better compared to other adoption tools in the market. Another helpful feature was the integration with major LMS platforms like Freshdesk.
