"Great Company To Partner With!"
What do you like best about Whatfix? This product is amazing and it does what they say it will do. We haven't been live for long, but the feedback from our users so far is ALL positive. The real jewel... the people. Whatfix has done an amazing job and they are truly customer focus. When it feels hard on my side... their calm confidence brings it full circle and you move forward. Between the service and the product. There is a no going wrong with Whatfix!

What do you like best about Whatfix? Whatfix makes it easy and fast to create end-user documentation and deliver it to them in dynamic ways. Ultimately, this saves both the system administrator and the end-user time and improves the user experience dramatically.

What do you like best about Whatfix? The product itself and the regular pipeline of additional features that are released regularly. The ease of using the admin console and more recently the introduction of the Whatfix app store whereby P2P can be completed almost as quickly as if you had JS integrated.

What do you like best about Whatfix? The engagement at all stages is managed within a framework of Customer Success. The Sales team worked with me, security and legal to complete needed documentation, including the development work for two APIs. The Whatfix Implementation project manager did a great job coordinating and tracking details and bringing in the right people at key points. The entire Whatfix experience has been a seamless one, from sales all the way through the initial launch the Whatfix team has been there every step of the way helping us to reach the full potential of Whatfix. What do you like best about Whatfix? Whatfix was very easy to implement and launch for our staff. It gives us the ability to provide support to our employees directly in the system where they are working. The Whatfix Professional Services Team was great to work with during implementation.

What do you like best about Whatfix? I easy to use. We like how you incorporate feedback from your customers into the system. The Support is great. We always get a fast response from the Support. And even if it's not that easy to fix, you guys find a way to fix or help us.
