The launch and support teams are top-notch, and we are very thankful for this product's solutions and our Whatfix support teams.

Everyone we have encountered is knowledgeable, kind, personable, and professional. The tool itself is helpful and adaptive to our needs. Having only deployed Whatfix content on Salesforce three months ago, we have a lot yet to learn and accomplish, but we continue to improve. Our users love what we've put out so far!

What do you like best about Whatfix? The best thing about Whatfix is that anyone from the company can use it! Our goal was to make CSMs create content and urgent notifications for their customers themselves. Now they can do it easily because there is no coding and the User Interface is intuitive. Also, we really admire the Self Help widget and how easy it is to add content there, especially the built-in video player! Very good looking!
