What do you like best? The on-screen flows can be created as quickly as it takes to walk someone through the actual process. Except with WhatFix, you create the flow once and never have to do it again, and it's available on demand for all of your users. It's a win-win. What do you dislike? Whatfix is simple to understand, deploy and to-the-point to help end-users understand the top workflow of your product so that the end-users are successful, this was the intent for our deployment. Great Product, Better Support

What do you like best? The tool is easy to pick up and most of the base options are intuitive to pick up, but the support team that we have worked with have been extremely responsive and helpful. What do you like best? Whatfix has revolutionised how we work with a particular system. The feedback has only been positive and we can't get self help flows out quickly enough to meet the demand, which considering how easy they are to create, tells you something about the demand and uptake of this software. What do you like best? WhatFix does what all the competitors can but with better training, customer service, and price. I have worked with other "walkthrough" programs and WhatFix is far and away the best. The editor is easier than any other I have used. However, it is not short on features.
