Robust platform with lots of flexibility to shape user success
What do you like best? Working with WhatFix employees has been a pleasure. They are responsive and partner with us to create effective solutions to our problems, taking the time to understand our requirements and wish list requests. WhatFix has significantly helped our organization communicate with our end-users.
What do you like best? WhatFix is extremely easy to use and versatile for a number of applications. I have appreciated that the learning curve is not difficult and the WhatFix staff is always available to help out when needed. What do you dislike? I have found that some of the functionality is not as intuitive as a user may think. Easy to Implement and a hit with users!

Easy to create and edit content
What do you like best? I enjoy how easy it is to access Whatfix through the chrome extension. Since our product is constantly evolving, it's imperative that walkthrough flows are easy to create and edit. I am excited to explore the other features Whatfix offers. Great tool for on boarding your clients
What do you like best? Makes your on-boarding and training process easy and helps retention. Clients can train at their own time as they are using the platform. What do you dislike? I don't dislike, but the analytics could be improved. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
