Increasing trust in the company software solution.
What do you like best? Working in whatfix is very easy, creating flows is a logical process. The customer success team was very helpful, always quickly responding and well-experienced to answer questions. What do you dislike? Nothing specific, in one occasion the software fix was 'live' and the InnoEnergy team wasn't informed yet. This made the status of the error & the fix untransparent to the dev. team. What do you like best? Working with the WhatFix Team, specifically Nikhil has been amazing. He is always available and willing to help. Now that we are live in production, we see that the the flow are working and that sales is actually utilizing the application. What do you like best? Alot of times when you call into a customer support hotline, you get a rude answer, left feeling incompetent. That doesnt happen with Whatfix. Useful but complicated
What do you like best? Their customer service and availability is great for being across the world. Always friendly and willing to work with us to find solutions to our problems. What do you dislike? We were promised a lot of features that weren’t as easy to use as they made it seem when we signed up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed step by step walkthroughs so that has been very helpful.

Great on demand help tool
What do you like best? I like that it's easy to create content and that the front end users can have access to a wide variety of content including documents, videos, interactive flows, and more. In our line of work our users are required to navigate quickly and be able to recall a wealth of information. They are very helpful and responsive
What do you like best? I get to have a meeting with my support account manager every week and she is there to help me with questions and give ideas on how to improve content What do you dislike? There have been a few things that I have asked for not technical wise. That it takes time to get answer. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
