What do you like best? The platform is easy to use with a lot of valuable features. The ability to manipulate your flows and copy and modify them is very intuitive and easy to use. Whatfix: Great digital adoption platform with excellent support

What do you like best? My favourite feature of the Whatfix platform, is the the ability to quickly export Video and PDFs of created flows. This saves us a lot of time and is a great tool! There is a lot of customisation available within the flows themselves too, including visual options, segmentation and branching steps. Versatile Solution

What do you like best? Versatile Solution with great support from a team who cares. I am so pleased to be working with Whatfix. What do you dislike? Occasional slow deployment, but nothing dissuasive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saving man hours of support and money by allowing users to teach themselves how to utilize the site.

Excellent piece of support technology

What do you like best? How easy & simple it is to create material, the turnaround for finished articles is very easy and therefore support is provided when needed rather than waiting until a system is already embedded and bad habits are learned.
