What do you like best? Ease of updating existing flows, beacon feature is great to flag changes for users that are already using the system What do you dislike? Could be tricky to provide only relevant info to the end user using the tags What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The excellent customer service offered by the Whatfix team. They are always ready to help us in everything. What do you dislike?
