Quality Support with an independent feel.

What do you like best? WhatFix makes it easier to help clients with the onboarding process and I love that we can provide content specific guided help that users can access when they feel ready. I also love the support we receive form our CSM and the entire WhatFix team. They are quick to respond and are helpful at providing best use case solutions. WhatFix From An Adoption Perspective

What do you like best? Whatfix is extremely useful to guide users in where to actually click when needed and allowing content creators to interlink other related content, such as related guides, videos and materials. I also like that you can give your users a brief explanation as to why they are clicking so they are not just clicking without understanding they "why" of what they're doing. What do you dislike? Excellent experience with a top notch company -- I'd recommend WhatFix any day.

What do you like best? The WhatFix staff are highly professional, personable and always a pleasure to deal with.
