The capture and assign process makes the user experience great. The customizable widgets are an excellent touch to enhance and bring the user experience to life.

What do you like best about Whatfix? Whatfix is extremely useful for our users, and guide them step by step. It has also significantly reduced training time. The team has provided us with training sessions to guide us on how to create and set up the widget, and it was very helpful.
