Quality Support with an independent feel.

What do you like best? WhatFix makes it easier to help clients with the onboarding process and I love that we can provide content specific guided help that users can access when they feel ready. Excellent experience with a top notch company -- I'd recommend WhatFix any day.

What do you like best? The WhatFix staff are highly professional, personable and always a pleasure to deal with. The training they provided on using the tool to create widgets was detailed and thorough, and their technical support team has come through for us time and time again. What do you like best? What I liked most about Whatfix personalized support they offered my team and I getting our in-app training ready for prime time. The ability to publish updates to the content ourselves at anytime is also a big plus. What do you dislike? Some features we needed were missing when we first signed up.
