What do you like best about WhatConverts? The WhatConverts team is extremely knowledgable and always available to assist if any questions. Their response time is impeccable. The program is very user friendly and I highly recommend to any business. We use this daily and encourage our clients to use daily. There are so many features and benefits to list. What do you dislike about WhatConverts? The only downside is now charging per text chat or web form vs flat monthly rates. What problems is ...

What do you like best about WhatConverts? The support is second to none. We tested 5 other call/form/chat tracking platforms and none of them worked as well or had the support levels we experienced with WhatConverts. What do you dislike about WhatConverts? Generally speaking, the platform does everything we need. There can always be additional native integrations with 3rd part platforms to make set-up faster/easier, but they currently cover 90% of what we need for our clients out of the ...
