What do you like best about Whatagraph? The product is affordable, it's user-friendly, and has great customer service. What do you dislike about Whatagraph? Not much I dislike, maybe a few more data sources (Yelp, Google, Facebook Reviews? lol) What problems is Whatagraph solving and how is that benefiting you? Saving us time and money.

What do you like best about Whatagraph? The fact that the widgets are customisable and we are able to put in custom formulas. and have the data displayed the way we need it to be. What do you like best about Whatagraph? I love the report layout for my clients and I use the live report for internal reporting. It is an en easy set up and once the template is created, I can create, update and send out reports within minutes and when you have quite a few customers it really saves time. What do you like best about Whatagraph? Definitely the automation & pre-made templates. It saves a lot of time, as we used to create the reports while combining data from different channels in one place (Presentation format). Once we started using Whatagraph, we love that we can get all of the data in one place (report is ready in 5 minutes!) and there is no need to switch between channels that takes ages. What do you like best about Whatagraph? It's convenient to generate reports with existing templates. The visualization looks clear and helps to review monthly performance in an easier way. What do you like best about Whatagraph? Ease of use, simplicity of metrics in visualization front, and automation part of it. Also, customer support is fantastic, all of the questions we had were answered in a couple of minutes, and even better, they do it by filming short videos, which is another fantastic thing to have while chatting live with people. What do you like best about Whatagraph? I think the visualisation of the reports is amazing,and it is so easy to use. What do you dislike about Whatagraph? I don't dislike anything as such, but improving functionalities might add to it. What problems is Whatagraph solving and how is that benefiting you? The main problem-solving benefit is that it saves a considerable amount of time and resources. Saving time and resources for our organisation equates to a cost-saving.
