I complained to WeVideo and told them I wasn't happy with their service. I was quite scathing in my criticism of the firm. Today Brandon has e mailed me to say that my complaint has been resolved. I am more than happy with their actions. In fact, I have to say, that they have been very diligent in trying to find my account...... What do you like best about WeVideo? Easy to use and teach to others. The platform does just about everything we need and is exremely user friendly when it comes to editing. Can be used on a computer or phone with the wevideo app. What do you dislike about WeVideo? Everything is great about it. The only downside would be the lack of .png graphics to spice up a video. That would be really nice! Also, it'd be nice to have a few more text box formats to choose from. What problems is WeVideo ...
