Should be called "We Scam.
I paid for We transfer "Pro" last year but didn't realize that there was a 20 GB file limit. I think I only used their service a few times before getting a Google Drive account.This morning I received a notice from PayPal that my credit card had been charged $120.00 by We Transfer. I never authorized this payment. I went to the We transfer website to cancel the subscription, but there is no way to cancel, no telephone number or email address. This site used to be great
This site used to be great. Now the whole verification process is a nightmare, codes don't come through and then if they do they don't work.. You need to verify your email before even getting that far, this also proved to be an issue as well as they never verified it, I had to use a different email in the end... They have ruined a really great app, will stick to dropbox in future

I have tried using Safari and Google Chrome on my iOS Iphone device and it almost always gets stuck while transferring the files.It's beyond frustrating. Never again.

What a ripoff
What a ripoff. Finally purchased an account when I had a 34 GIG file to send and when it takes you to checkout, doesn't remind you of their limit. 20 GIG is nothing. Don't waste your money and you One Drive or some other cloud service. What a bunch of crap. And since they don't do refunds.. I get screwed by this POS company that cant even deliver a service. If I could give 0 Stars I would.
