HORRIBLE and useless

HORRIBLE and useless ! I sent the money with them multiple times , lately it got super complicated and I'm waisting tonnes of time trying to verify or get the refund , both of wish are proving unsuccessful. They just want to put you on hold , send the email and do not take into account any requests . USELESS , I much rather spend 20 euro on the transfer with the regural bank and save days of flustraction.

First time user. Excellent.

Used this service for the first time. Sent a large file to friends and family world wide. What an excellent service. Totally free too! All went so smoothly, well organised and so easy to use for all concerned. Well done WeTransfer.Com.

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish. The two times I tried to send a single file, and both times they failed. The help is rubbish and typically there is no contact information. I wasted 3 hours on trying to send a zipped file after opening an account with them this morning. I shall be deleting my account this evening.

Unsuccessful email verification

I tried this web site yesterday and received an email from wetransfer to say the file had been sent a successfully although the recipient didn't receive it. I tried to open an account but did not get an email from wetranfer to confirm my email address. I am now stuck in a loop as I can't move on until I verify it.I have looked in spam and added wetranfer to my contact list as suggested. Now stuckasto what to do next.

NO Complaints Here!

I havent used the site for a year or two when I realised that I now needed to mail someone a document of just undern the other end of the email would not be interested in such an arrangement, 200mb.. I could have done a split rar file that would have rejoined its pieces back and then only when it was requested but to be honest, who wants all that hassle!? This just works. It delivered the emailed link immediately and then the person just downloaded the file right after that. No problems! ...

Really disappointed

Really disappointed - it just doesn’t seem to work smoothly at all.I’m not technologically very gifted so I can’t rule out operator error, but I’m going back to Dropbox.

As with almost everything concerning the internet wetransfer, although beginning with a bang, now ends up a wet fart. After a pitiful upload I'll not waste this time in the future.Goodbye wetransfer
