What do you like best? At work we use Wepow to interview potential volunteers. It's really to get a good grasp of their capabilities and personality from their application, so using Wepow to video interview the candidates is a great way to see the real people. You can adapt and change your questions and record comments for other interviewers to review. It has a clear categorization within the 'incomplete' folder to explain why the candidates haven't completed the interviews, i.e. bounced ...

What do you like best? The platform is very user friendly, really easy to navigate! We have had some positive feedback from both candidates and managers who have used the platform. The training provided prior to using the platform was excellent and enabled us to easily navigate and set up our first recorded interviews. Our main use is to help filter job applications so that we can find the right people before they come in for an in-person interview.
