Chad solved the mystery of the Lantern Payment.

Chad was very timely and complete with his information. It immediately laid my concerns to rest. We forgot we bought tickets for the St. Louis Lantern Festival. So World Order Lantern meant nothing to us, until Chad solved the mystery. He is a good hire. Thanks again for your service.

Had a concern regarding a CC charge

Had a concern regarding a CC charge. I contacted WePay and very quickly Mira from customer service responded with answers to direct me to the CC charge which was valid, verified, and confirmed. Great customer service & a positive experience.

Refunding for a cancelled event..

Our church had to cancel an upcoming event which some people paid for with WePay.... it was easy to issue one of the first refunds ....the second one involved a bit more since the payment had been made more than 60 days ago... I wrote to the support team and Mira told me what information she would need to complete the refund....voila! Done with help from Mira! Many thanks and our church is very happy with our WePay relationship! Thank you!

I had a charge from WePay on my credit…

I had a charge from WePay on my credit card that I didn't initiate. I sent an email asking what the charge was for. Mira responded and needed more information from me. I supplied it to her and she got me the information I needed right away. Thank you Mira!
