Bad experience with WePay…
I had a very bad experience with WePay and Freshbooks. WePay will gladly accept payments from your customers, however remitting the money over to you is a different story. They hold your money ransom while they drag you through their draconian security measures. Their idea of support is for you to submit a job ticket into cyber space.

When I reached out to the customer service team when our business name changed, I expected the response to involve questions and paperwork. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and efficiency of Chad, who understood what we needed and made the update immediately!
