Great support experience
I needed to change our company's name so I emailed support to ask about the process with WePay. Chad got back to me so quickly and told me he already completed the change and I didn't have to do anything! It's been a real pain in the rump with many other companies. He was fast, efficient and friendly. Awesome service!

Avoid like COVID-19
I think this is my first effort to post a negative review in my life! This is the worst company I've ever encountered! The idea that a financial service company behaves like an offshore tech company - support tickets only with 4-hour gaps! They are the epidemy of bad service...how is this a Chase company? Will Close your account and not tell you why
Just starting up my small business. Attempted to use WePay Via FreshBooks to charge my first customer for a deposit. The day after my client paid they refunded him and closed my account and refuse to give a reason why. Incredibly unhelpful support. If you want to verify my identity and then reject me sure, whatever. But don't allow me to charge a client and make me look stupid because of your horrible business practices.

So FAST & EASY to work with!!!
Our Girl Scout troop used WePay to process payments for a fundraising dance we were hosting. After having to cancel the dance, due to COVID-19, we were left with the challenge of Refunding many ticket purchases.
