If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT USE THEM - GO WITH any number of their more streamlined, transparent competitors like Stripe. Wepay/Chase has a system that is intended to and does delay payment of funds ("settlement") as long as possible. They fail to disclose this before they sign you up for their service and then - after the fact - tell you that they now have to "verify" your business to make sure it is real. Chad is truly amazing!!!!! Thank YOU!!!!

I had a hard time getting the confirmation on the deposit amount on the verifying process to be confirmed. I was very concerned as I donated a large amount for my friends young daughter for her medical bills. Chad was very responsive in a timely manner, very friendly, helpful and polite. For the most part good

The biggest issue I have is that they do not have a customer service line/phone number. Everything has got to go through e-mail support which takes at least 24 hours for a response. I've had clients complain and it causes delays for us. It's especially when there are clients that are not tech saavy

I'm a small buisness and they now holding almost 17000 dollars of mine and holding it for ransom of my banking info which has all my customers direct deposit info which I can't be giving out. My limit being 10k a month and this month only gave me 3k and holding all of my customers deposits etc not allowing me more than 3k in a month as a small business. Partial refunds

I needed to do a partial refund to two clients - Sean was really helpful in getting this actioned really quickly. It was also easy to find out how to do this on their website.
