We have used WePay through Builder Trend- DONT DO IT

We have used WePay through Builder Trend. When it works it is great. However, if you have an issue GOOD LUCK! They have no way to call them. You request help through there only way to get help and they do not respond. When you rely on customers payments to run your business (and who doesn't) you do not want to rely on a company who can't respond and help. STAY AWAY!

Avoid your company will be put at risk

Wepay take payments then dont payout to you. Refund your customers for no reason, ignore emails despite the seriousness of the issues and couldnt care less about the risk they put each company at. Do not use this platform it could end up closing your company.

WePay derails MealTrain

WePay handles the funds for MealTrain accounts. Of course, when I say "handle", I mean steal - at least in my experience. I have spent HOURS trying to track down $27 that was donated to my wife and me when we had our child almost 5 years ago. WePay has only made this process more difficult and we have yet to receive the money. TERRIBLE service. Just terrible. Avoid this company like the plague. You have my sympathy if you have no other choice - as was the case with us.
