I had a problem that showed up after…

I had a problem that showed up after the new year where I was contributing to the same charity of two different credit cards. I contacted Mira and she emailed me later that day with the information necessary to correct the situation. She followed up the following day to be sure all was well. This is the kind of customer service that builds trust. Thanks. WePay. Well done.

Outstanding customer service from Mira

We received outstanding customer service from Mira, who tracked down an unrecognized charge. She responded within a day of the original request asking for further information. With that she was able to pinpoint the charge within another day. Considering the charge was over two years old and from a small goFundme effort, the service was extraordinary.

Great service experience!

Although new, I was totally satisfied with the service. My experience:Made a donation to a child’s fund taiser.Did not recognize, or forgot 8sing WePay.Clicked the support email link & answered the questionsI got a prompt reply with the info on the charge.I trust and would use the service again.

We are grateful and impressed with the excellent customer service we received from Mira, Senior Customer Delight Agent for We Pay. I recently inquired about an unrecognized charge on our credit card statement from January 2019, over a year ago. Mira responded immediately with all the information we needed. The charge was valid and our minds were put to rest.

They don't release you funds. Avoid at all costs.

For small transaction amounts, they were fine. I recently had two large transactions and they've been a nightmare. They've been holding my funds for weeks. They have no phone number. No way to contact them via email. Only through their Zendesk help system. Avoid WePay at all costs.
