Good Support - good experience

My own lack of familiarity with the platform led me to exceed the word limit for the free version. Predictably my French translation disappeared. I contacted Support and they very quickly reviewed my work and showed me what I needed to do. I was back up in a matter of hours. Very much appreciated.
