I though amazon's customer service is…

I thought amazon's customer service is unbeatable but I think weglot did its fair share to challenge this conviction of mine. It was really nice to correspond with an actual human who cared about my issue and responded in a timely manner to my email. Thank you for being human in the era of AI. Really appreciated the support and the experience as well.
