What do you like best about Weekly10? It allows me as a manager to get a good sense of what's going on with an employee, their achievements, concerns, blockers, insights, etc. During quarterly reviews it allows us to look at the full picture and makes doing quarterly reviews less painful. Reflecting on the successes of the week is such a positive and really gives you the opportunity to give yourself a good old pat on the back. What do you like best about Weekly10? Weekly 10 is super user-friendly and saves a lot of time and effort. What do you dislike about Weekly10? Being told my checkin is late when it is my day off! Having a weekly reminder to review the week and review against objectives really helps chunk down large tasks, as well as tracking progress over time.
