What do you like best about Weekly10? It is very easy to use and having a record of what you have done on a weekly basis is so much easier, when it comes to your annual review What do you dislike about Weekly10? There's not much to dislike about it. The only thing I think could be better is where some of the questions where you provide a rating, it would be better if there was also a comments box so you had an option to provide some context to your rating. What do you like best about Weekly10? Honestly I think it's great that this platform allows individuals to share their thoughts and feelings, award/recognize other colleagues, and ask for help/support if and where needed. What do you like best about Weekly10? Keeping up to date with how my team are feeling What do you dislike about Weekly10? I have not come across any dislikes with Weekly 10 What problems is Weekly10 solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping track of what new skills my team is achieving, keeping in touch with colleagues that i don't see on a regular basis

"Weekly 10's is an informal way of keeping up-to-date with work balance and mental health"
What do you like best about Weekly10? I like that we update on the week so even if the Manager has not been in they know what sort of a week it's been. What do you dislike about Weekly10? It can be repetitive - same questions being asked each week What problems is Weekly10 solving and how is that benefiting you? Gaps in training - this is being highlighted and then fixed with training etc

What do you like best about Weekly10? Weekly10 helps you focus on the small wins each week and highlight these for praise. These things are usually things that you wouldnt necessarly highlight at a review with your manager even though you are persoanly proud of the achievement. What do you dislike about Weekly10? What do you like best about Weekly10? I can easily keep track of what I do each week and at quarter end or yearend, I have a full detailed list of activities I can highlight to share with my manager. What do you dislike about Weekly10? I have had some issues with losing drafts and would like to actually be able to enter information daily so I don't forget them at the need of the week. What do you like best about Weekly10? With me working in a different country and location as my colleagues and manager, it serves as a touchpoint for us to contact and discuss if needed.
