What do you like best about Weekly10? It's quick to complete and helps me keep up to date with my remote staff and track changes in their reviews. This helps me when it comes to 6 monthly appraisals. What do you like best about Weekly10? The weekly reminders are a great, as they allow me to reflect on the week and journal my achievements and challenges. This has been really helpful for my 1:1s and performance reviews with my manager. The Teams integration is good and means I dont need to open a seperate tool. What do you dislike about Weekly10? "Great way to keep tracks of what's going on"
What do you like best about Weekly10? Integrated with Teams, the reminders to complete weekly reviewed are easy to catch, and in only a few minutes, it allows you to think about past days in an helpful way. What do you dislike about Weekly10? Managing objectives is somewhat difficult, it's not easy to cascade them. Having boards might be better. What do you like best about Weekly10? The 1:1 function assisted us in making sure we were discussing the right topics throughout the year. What do you dislike about Weekly10? At times, the tool had some lag at the initial login, but once in it functioned well. What problems is Weekly10 solving and how is that benefiting you? We struggled being consistent with our 1:1's and the platform put everyone on an equal playing field and provided a consistent experience for all employees.
