"Quick and reflective. Very useful."

What do you like best about Weekly10? I like how I am able to set goals and see how I am progressing on them on a weekly basis at work to keep myself accountable/on track with career progression and goals. What do you dislike about Weekly10? The template itself is quite bland and boring. It could use a glow up. What problems is Weekly10 solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Weekly10? Keeping me focussed on core tasks and creates opportunities for dialogue with line managers What do you dislike about Weekly10? I like Weekly 10. It's a useful tool. It can be a touch annoying when I keep getting reminders but that in itself is a good thing What problems is Weekly10 solving and how is that benefiting you? If I have any issues I can put them into weekly 10 for resolution. It's also handy to look back and see how much has been acheived

"A great way to touch in with your team"

What do you like best about Weekly10? The structure of the questions is helpful in reflecting on your work week, focusing on your successes and challenges. The ability to shout out your colleagues is a nice way to thank them for any support or help on projects. I've not been in the business long enough yet however, as someone who struggles with putting together annual reviews this is a really helpful tool as you can go back through responses and try to understand any trends or gaps as well ...

What do you like best about Weekly10? The app looks simple and easy to navigate. "User-friendly, dynamic and easy to use."

What do you like best about Weekly10? Made my management reviews much more accessible, more dynamic and more efficient. It changed the performance and employee well-being check-ins much less formal and more conversational, without removing the tracking and MI necessary for more formal reviews. Have a view of my whole team to track if they're on time or need reminders and ensure I have reviewed their check-ins Possibility to create ad hoc reviews with separate questions to track ongoing ...
