Should be considered.

What do you like best? The Team at Weekdone is excellent, and always available across geographies, especially since the project had a large impact to the business. therefore, there was pressure to implement quickly. They allowed us to make informed decisions at each juncture. What do you dislike? Would have been better if the UX design included different colour options. Recommendations to others considering the product: As stated earlier - Weekdone separates itself from the ...

Excellent Transparency

What do you like best? Before Weekdone, it was a guessing game to try to keep up with my team's projects, and feedback was nonexistent. Now, I can easily update my manager and team about my weekly projects. Collaboration is easy, feedback is seamless, and the goal-setting keeps us on track. We also work remotely, so the ability to log tasks on Weekdone means that fewer e-mails are sent...always a good thing. What do you dislike? So far, my team is very happy with Weekdone. What ...

I like Weekdone a lot.

What do you like best? 1. It helps me to focus on my weekly plan and pursue quarterly objectives. 2. It improves my productivity and efficiency by the specific index. 3. I can also look up the weekly plan and quarterly objective of my teammates and even the CEO. Weekdone builds up a transparent and open working environment. What do you dislike? Sometimes it takes time (a few minutes perhaps) to open each page of Weekdone. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Visual representation of progress at a glance is priceless

What do you like best? I like the fact that the company objectives can be connected to team objectives and individual objectives. This makes it possible to understand how each person on the team is contributing to the company's overall direction. You can also change the value of individual key results. For example, instead of adding it up as a percentage on your own, you can change it to an absolute # like 50 or 60 and it'll do the calculation for you. This made it easier for us ...

Weekdone - Plan a week in a few steps

What do you like best? Weekdone is a breath of fresh air for businesses or organizations seeking to organize their objectives. You can use Weekdone to make life simpler, whether you are planning long-term goals or just setting goals every quarter. It's also incredibly important to keep track of your progress. If you couldn't track your progress, it wouldn't make sense to have the program first, but the ability to bring together the website perfectly. You can also use the software to set ...

Great way to keep teams in multiple offices in sync

What do you like best? I run a team of 20 across four different offices. In our largest office we have a weekly 15 min standup meeting which is great for syncing up on what each of us is doing, but people can't dial into that from across the Atlantic. Weekdone helps to get (almost) the same effect digitally. I'm also a fan of weekly personal planning / PPP-s and I like how Weekdone nudges everyone to think about goals and accomplishments (or lack of them) at least once a week. What do ...

Great info sharing across organization

What do you like best? It's very easy to use, provides great weekly reports. Also can use hashtags to track projects. Really like how everything wraps up from the individual to team to company. What do you dislike? I find some of the dashboard's to be confusing. Also some small tech issues with tagging another team member. Recommendations to others considering the product: The customer support is great.I know that they have made some upgrades based on our feedback. What ...

Helps my team stay on the same page

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I am managing a team of twenty members deployed in four different locations. The task can be quite challenging since we do not always meet face-to-face. One of the ways we employ to ensure that the team is staying on the same page is conducting a 15-minute standup meeting every week. But it could be difficult to reach out to those who are from across the Atlantic. Weekdone keeps me and everyone updated on what each of the team ...

Amazing whatever the size of your business is

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Some tools are only good for small businesses, so you end up having to purchase another one should your business grow larger. This is why I really appreciated that it's usable for small businesses as well as large enterprises since now I can keep on using it no matter how large my business grows. I also really like its automatic tracking feature because it keeps me on top of what's happening in the company. What aspects are ...
