Helpful for creating a beginners website or blog

What do you like best? It has a lot of pre-created page options that you can use. Don’t need to create web pages from scratch. What do you dislike? The format is not always what I want with the pre created pages. When I was creating an e portfolio for my Masters program, there were random back ground or pictures i didn’t need.
