What do you like best about Wedge? The hiring managers can view the Wedge and feel empowered in the prescreen process, and it is very intuitive for the viewer. I can create a Wedge interview fairly quickly to start using it to screen candidates. I can manage the process through the notes screen, and mark which I have seen already.
