I've had a similar experience with this company that many of the negative reviewers here have had. Originally received a phone call from someone posing as a potential customer (also, I genuinely have NO idea how they even got my name or phone number, I'm pretty sure I'm not listed anywhere as I'm not really active in my field ATM), and then turned the call into a sales pitch. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!This is the worst company I have personally ever dealt with. The website I was delivered was horrible for the money I paid and time waited. It literally took me 3 days to build a better website then they did in 3 whole months. I was told to "sign off" on all edits in order to get my site to be optimized for Google even though I wasn't satisfied with how the website looked. I purchased a service from this company…
I purchased a service from this company and then cancelled as a result of their negligence. Trying to get a hold of someone confirming my refund was difficult. I was passed off to India and received an email advising the refund needs to be approved by management and then it would be sent to me. Today, after attempting to follow up the phone numbers I had used YESTERDAY are no longer in service. I have received no reply to my emails and can not get a hold of anyone at this company as they do ...

Optimizing Your Web Services

I highly recommend Webware. My experience has been positive. I wish I knew more about the technical side of things to help me along. When it’s all new to you, you almost need “extra” help to walk you through each step. When your given homework to do, it’s hard for someone to grasp what’s expected when you don’t have their knowledge to expedite what’s expected.
