Ease of use, organized by categories

What do you like best? It is very easy to navigate. Easy to check people into the system and edit balance, etc. What do you dislike? I dislike that whenever we make a change to a reservation, you must refresh to see these changes. This process can be shortened to one step less. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make the adjusted changes happen without having to refresh the page. What problems are you solving with the product? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The entire staff has learned how to navigate the application in less than one day. We love its features plus booking for rooms can be done in just a few minutes. The billing system is also very accurate because we don’t receive any complaints anymore with regard to unauthorized or double charges. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Booking a room is pretty easy but changing the dates is a different story. We have to ...

What do you like best? The system is easy to use and can manage all simple booking task with options, training videos and customer service for any questions not found in the system What do you dislike? The system is a little over simplified in some areas and not fully thought out in others What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Overall a good booking platform
