Great program.Very bad customer service. They don't get back to you to help you solve problems on their system. Shame.

Easy to use for first timers delivering professional results

What do you like best? The marketing elements allow you to customise emails. We do not have a marketing department per se but the software is easy to navigate and the tutorials helpful. Once you have set up one webinar all others are very easy to follow. What do you dislike? I haven't seen many downsides. If I had a wish list I would like to add a better follow up feedback questionnaire to be sent to the attendees after the webinar. It would also be helpful if the presenters could ...

It was good experience!

What do you like best? It was smooth broadcasting. We didnt have any technical trouble. What do you dislike? Wish that we could split the screen as one side "presentation", the other side "presenter". This is the only negative thing I saw. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We really did could interact with our customers. That was nice.

What do you like best? I can have many participants, there are many features, you can replay the webinar What do you dislike? The delay when I do a webinar. First, in the a modern webinar it is common to have a Presentation with videos included. With this system, you cannot broadcast a presentation with animations and videos. I couldn't image a company with worse customer service

What do you like best? The software works better than the competitors to my knowledge, which is unfortunate because the company is absolutely awful (and the software doesn't even work that well either, just better than the other options). What do you dislike? I dislike that because the other softwares in this space just aren't that good, I don't have much option but to work with EW. Excellent Experience! Sign Up Fields could be more customizable.

What do you like best? We've had a great experience with WebinarJam, so far we've trained more than 50,000 SMEs with all of our webinars. It´s a very friendly platform. What do you dislike? We use our own platform for the Sign Up as we need to have more fields. But overall, a very good experience with webinarjam. What problems are you solving with the product? Has what you need to make the magic happen.

What do you like best? I love the ease of set up, the whiteboard in the room. The ability to engage and interact with people chat, bring them on screen, and multiple ways to get feed back. What do you dislike? I didn't know there was Mailchimp integration. Till today. I hesitate to bring multiple people on screen at once it seems to slow down a lot.
