There could be a few improvements.

What do you like best? There are a lot of options for adding content, pop ups, polls, etc. What do you dislike? The registration page - it's often not read to the bottom of the screen where you actually have to click in order to get to register. The set up pages should have the continue at the bottom of each page instead of having to scroll to the top of the page. Brilliantly user-friendly and overall excellent product

What do you like best? Professional invites & presenter UX design, a professional and clean meeting-room design, excellent video-and-presentation playback, and superbly helpful support staff.
