Great product for the price.

What do you like best? We are currently a customer that has access to a firehose of data for blogs and new. I like the ability to be able to download the data without having to write queries for the data. I also like the price points for the firehose. Useful for Dark Web searching, despite frustrating bugs and limits

Just the ability to search dark web content is in itself pretty awesome, but the extensive support for filtering by a wide range of enriched data fields (SSN, CCs, etc.) is especially useful What do you dislike? What do you like best? I really love the response from the Webhose team. Every time I've asked for help on support, they responded quickly and we got a solution within a few messages. Also, their API is simple to use, and the API playground in the platform makes everything easier. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The service allows you to query tons of public data that you can use to build up tools for your business, thanks to the structured orientation of the results. What do you dislike? There could be some improvements for non English languages, in my case Italian. Filters can be improved too, e.g. allowing to filter by multiple site-keys (site, site_full, thread.url). In my case I have to perform 3 queries instead of one.
