WebExpenses - Making Things Easy
What do you like best? I find the ease of using the Web Expenses mobile app to be one of the best features. While away from the office, it only takes moments to quickly snap a receipt and add it to project expenses, which removes the need to keep bundles of paper receipts in my wallet. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Mobile app that allows receipts to be captured at your convenience What do you dislike? It would be nice to set default entry's for some fields, but that getting picky What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Receipts not building up in wallet and becoming unreadable

Very easy
What do you like best? I can use it on my phone when on the go. I am often on the road and being able to take a photo of my receipt and submit it to my boss makes admin so much quicker. Also means I get my expenses paid much faster! What do you dislike? Quite a few times the app has frozen on me in the middle of adding receipts. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I have used this software in the last few years for claiming expenses, it's working well. It is efficient, I would recommend it. Everything it is traceable and clear. Simple to use. Great stuff.
What do you like best? Keeping progress from submission to payment. What do you dislike? There is nothing to dislike, Everything is great. Recommendations to others considering the product: Just that it's easy to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not having to keep all the receipts in your wallets as once you have uploaded them, you can dispose them.

Makes processing expenses easy and user friendly
What do you like best? The best function regarding web expenses is being able to take pictures of receipts via a smartphone, then easily uploading to complete on a desktop. Everything is already there to upload so easing through transactions has never been so simple! What do you dislike? Once you've mastered it, it's great!
What do you like best? Full visibility of all the claims and cost to date of them. What do you dislike? Not the easiest to navigate i.e. adding a receipt, at first I was never sure I'd uploaded it correctly. Recommendations to others considering the product: take your time and make sure you have uploaded your receipts. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems at the moment. Benefit - History of all my expense claims.

Company I am working at is using Webexpenses, and it's super practical
What do you like best? When you have an expense that you submit in monthly basis, you can duplicate the previous one. What do you dislike? Adding invoices is a bit complicated for the first time users, I don't know how you guys could solve it but it's all good after practicing the tool. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? When you add an invoice to your expense, the expense amount updates automatically saves you a time
