Webexpenses has made my life easier
What do you like best? I can do my expenses on the 'live', on the go, where ever I am. Artificial intelligence in the software means I can take a picture of my expense and it will auto-upload to the Webexpenses cloud with the correct date, cost and other information. I have found that I am less likely to lose a receipt and so have fewer missed expenses. Expenses review
What do you like best? The process is much faster now and I can receive checks sooner too. What do you dislike? How to select a receipt and attach. Attached receipts cannot be reviewed easily. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I don't have to keep my paper receipts forever and I can see the progress of my reimbursements.

A competent and reliable system, but the user experience could be improved and modernised
What do you like best? The system works, and the finance team like it as it tightly integrates with their finance system so expenses get paid quickly (always important!) What do you dislike? The user interface looks dated and can be quite buggy, once you get used to it it's fine and reasonably fast, but it strikes me that webexpenses could really do with hiring some UI experts and graphic designers What problems are you solving with the product? Simple and straightforward expense management
What do you like best? The link up and connection with the mobile app is really fantastic. Having the ability to photograph receipts on the go makes the submission process so much easier, and quicker. What do you dislike? Easy To Use
What do you like best? It has a simple Interface, and is easy to use What do you dislike? How long it takes to get the funds, but not an issue of the web expenses. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The solved problem is getting expenses processed. The realized benefits are having something that all employees can use

Straight forward - and does what you want it to do
What do you like best? What's most helpful about Webexpenses is it's really easy to use. What do you dislike? Nothing. I haven't found any downsides with using Webexpenses. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Webexpenses makes it easy for me to claim back money I've spent for work.

What do you like best? the layout and display was easy to follow What do you dislike? Found it a little difficult to find locations on the map Recommendations to others considering the product: Keep your different travel expenses to folders to keep on top of everything and keep it neater.
