Very quick / sufficient way to place an expanse through my company
What do you like best? Being able to see all of my expenses in one place What do you dislike? I would like to be able to place multiple claims under one ticket. Instead of having the price higher and trying to explain it in the description What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Trying to cut back on travel money and buying travel cards to save money as a business

Great on the go tool
What do you like best? The ability to log expenses on the go with the mobile app, taking photos of reciepts, makes this a great tool for field based teams. What do you dislike? The auto recognition is great, but is getting better as the system improves What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Recording expenses, without being in an office, in front of a PC

Early teething problems, but now speeded up whole expenses process
What do you like best? App on the android phone for instantly collecting receipts What do you dislike? Need to have an internet connection on the phone Recommendations to others considering the product: Great tool in conjunction with the phone app. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No more missing receipts when completing expenses each month as they are recorded at the time of purchase.

Great simple service

Such an easy process to submit expenses
What do you like best? Without any prompting or training, I found webexpenses easy to use, self explanatory and quick. Once submitted, I can see the approval process and what stage the approval is at through to payment. Whether this be corporate expenses or personal, it is clear which I am tracking. Quick, hassle free, super handy
What do you like best? Prior to using this app, I had to use paper forms, scan originals and then post originals. Now I take a photo of a receipt and send it off. Done! What do you dislike? Nothing. Just works. Great tool and would recommend. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not having to keep hold of originals of receipts. Extremely time saving.

Moving with the times
What do you like best? As most receipts are done electronically now, it is far easier to upload a digital copy onto your claim rather than faffing around with handing in written receipts which wastes a lot along time. The whole process is quick and simple. What do you dislike? I had some issues logging in with the app, but the website worked fine, so it wasn’t really an issue for me.
