What do you like best about Webeo? The personal support and training we receive from the team is excellent. What do you dislike about Webeo? Takes a little time to get your head around some of the functionality. What problems is Webeo solving and how is that benefiting you? Webeo has helped to ensure our customers received a more personalised experience when visiting our site, with the stats showing an increase in web visits and a reduction in bounce rates.

What do you like best about Webeo? My favourite part is looking into the analytics to see what campaigns are performing well and how much our conversion rate goes up with personalisation! Then we can make an action plan to improve the result based on the data. What do you dislike about Webeo? If your website changes, you have to delete and redo a lot of your campaigns to pull in the new version of your web page, which can be time consuming. What do you like best about Webeo? The ability to determine what each customer sees adds huge value and helps differentiate from other providers. What do you dislike about Webeo? Generally there's nothing to dislike, we've had a few hiccups with bugs etc but our customer success manager has always sorted and been honest. What problems is Webeo solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps solve the problem of converting visitors to leads for our sales team to engage with.

What do you like best about Webeo? The tool is super intuitive and easy to use. The breadth of functionality is excellent, allowing us to personalise based on region, industry or data within our CRM thanks to seamless integration with HubSpot. I also love the editor, which loads directly over our Wordpress website and easily lets us modify nearly every element or component.
