What do you like best? The ease of use. Its very intuitive and simple. It is very easy to create user segments, plan communication, create user journeys and marketing automation. We have seen clear growth in user participation since we started using webengage. What do you like best? The best part of webengage is to manage the data. What do you dislike? We got issues regarding push notification or data fetching. My experience has been quite good. The Account as well as Support team are prompt in their response

A very nice tool for collecting feedback!
What do you like best? I've been using WebEngage for about five years. I'm not a power user; I use it for collecting feedback and surveys, but they have many other features. WebEngage makes it super-easy to gather user feedback and it's cost-effective for a small businesses. I highly recommend it! What do you dislike? Nothing comes to mind.
