What do you like best about WebEngage? WebEngage is filled with so many amazing features. But, for me, the best one is the Journeys. I use it for inactive users' conversion, event-based interventions, and most importantly for creating automated campaigns.

What do you like best about WebEngage? Dynamic event-based segment and journey to creating automation. We are able to use a lot of different channels like WhatsApp SMS email ads to communicate to users. We can run ad-hoc campaigns to quickly test our hypothesis.
