What do you like best about WebEngage? I like how we can craft campaigns for the visitor. The journey creation feature based on the events performed on the website is quite good. We didn't face much technical challenges while creating 100+ journeys for our customers. Also, it was easy to integrate with our system.

What do you like best about WebEngage? The best thing about purchasing this tool is their support team. Easy to integrate through script and also via GTM. The events and user journey is easy to track and analyze. The segmentation part is also a good functionality. Creating and editing journeys is easy for beginners as well as for experts.
