Would definitely recommend!!

I have been using webCRM for 5 years. Firstly, the customer service is great - helpful, friendly and efficient. Really important. I use the system for emailing membership, invoicing, recording donations etc. and find it very intuitive. The granular segmentation of the database is especially useful. Would definitely recommend!!

Would definitely recommend!!

Clear teaching, clear understanding.

Our team recently took part in a WebCRM demo that was headed by Charlotte Gallagher. Out of all the demonstrations we took part in, WebCRM left one of the best impressions. Charlotte confidently took us through all aspects of the CRM that would directly relate to what we were doing; explaining the possibilities of each feature, and confidently answering each of our questions.

She is an excellent communicator and very knowledgeable about the product - being able to answer our questions or quickly following up on any areas we needed further clarification. Excellent Free Demo

After being asked to look for a CRM by my MD, I spent weeks researching the vast number of options out there. I had several Free Demo's but the one offered by Charlotte at WebCRM was by far the most instructive. Charlotte was able to answer all my questions and explained all the functions and flows offered by the system. WebCRM offers everything we need and will be our choice to help grow our business.
